Research area
Our research interest includes various live factors and its impact on physiological processes, but particularly on the brain functioning. These include effects of diet, obesity and exercise. In the investigations we use various omics methods (global proteomic and metabolomics), targeted techniques (western blot, ELISA, RT-PCR), microscopy and behavioral assessments. The experiments are primarily performed on animal models.
